My wife and I interviewed a couple of Agents that were recommended to us and we decided to work with Kristen. She was very professional from the start and we felt confident that she was going to get the job done. We had a goal to buy a home in a specific time frame and she was the right amount of patient and persistent to help us through the finish line. We bought our home in May 2022 when every house was getting at least 10 offers so getting an offer accepted was a huge accomplishment and we believe that Kristen's negotiation and communication skills were essential. We won the house because of our strategy not by overpaying. Kristen is fantastic and I couldn't ask for a better agent! After I initially got an offer accepted to buy a condo with Kristen, I decided to back out of the agreement during inspections with her full support.
